Since discovering Yoga Narada®, I’ve found a way of approaching movement with more ease—letting go of ingrained, extreme patterns and finding the balance I had been searching for but hadn’t yet discovered. My aim now is to communicate that same sense of clarity and ease in the way I teach.”
